The purpose of this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is to set out how Aydi (“Company, We, Us, Our”) collects, maintains, processes shares, and uses any personal information or data it collects from its users and/or Visitors on the Company’s website or platform which can be found on the following link: https://www.aydi.com/, and how the user and/or the Visitor can manage the way information about him is handled.  
 
Please read this Policy carefully as well as Aydi’s terms and conditions before you subscribe and/or apply for and /or request to utilize Aydi’s Services and Products (“Solutions''). Whereas, the Company shall not be held liable under any circumstances, for any negligence or failure by a user and/or a Visitor as a result of not reading this Policy before using Aydi’s Solutions and/or website. You agree that accessing or utilizing Aydi’s Solutions and/or website is by itself deemed an acknowledgement of having read and accepted this Policy, as amended from time to time.

The Collection of Data or Information

We may utilize and/or collect the user's and/or Visitor’s information when it’s necessary for Our legitimate interest and ensure that it shall be used in a fair and balanced approach for many purposes. We do collect and utilize personally identifiable information (“PII”) of Our website users and non-personally identifiable information of Our website Visitors.

A) Non-Personally Identifiable Information of the Website Visitors and Users

The Company collects non-personally identifiable information of users visiting its website (“Visitors”), whether a registered User or unregistered, which includes without limitation; the browser type, language preference, referring site, the date and time of each Visitor’s request, the pages a Visitor has viewed directly before and/or after accessing Our Solutions or website and other interactions with the website and other users via server log files, as well as any other information a Visitor chooses to provide Us with.

That is for the purpose of understanding how Our Visitors use Our website. From time to time, the Company may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the website.  

B) Personally Identifiable Information of Users  

We require and collect different personally identifiable information (“PII”) from users. PII shall further include any data relating to a specific natural person from the users or that can be directly or indirectly identified by linking such data or any other data such as the name, identification number or identification through the internet or any data that identifies the user for the purposes of access and use of the Solutions or website. Information collected from users includes, without limitation, the below:

  • First and last name (in the event where you are a natural person) or/ the company’s name (in the event where you are a juristic person);  
  • An active mobile number;
  • An active email address;

  • Phone numbers (general or direct business numbers, faxes, and /or mobile;  
  • The company’s postal code;  
  • Corporate website URL(s);
  • Social Media URL(s);
  • Metadata such as internet protocol addresses, the dates email messages are     sent or received, and subject line information; and
  • The Company saves Your encrypted account’s password.  

We may use this information to better understand our users in general and to test, develop, improve, and enhance our Solutions and website. We may use the user's Information to contact customers or its end users in the future about Solutions, promotions, opportunities, and other general information about Aydi. We may use customer Information to investigate and prosecute potential breaches of Aydi’s security or license agreements.

C) The Purpose for Collecting and Processing Your Data or Information

In addition to the above-mentioned uses, we may also use your PII or non-personal identifiable information for the following reasons:

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or other illegal activities;
  • Respond to comments, questions, and requests, and provide customer support;
  • Respond to the individual's requests to access, correct, or delete their information, or requests to exercise other rights related to their information under the applicable law.;
  • Review and consider any employment application with Aydi, and communicate about employment opportunities or submitted employment applications;
  • Protect the rights and property of Aydi, Our customers, and others; 
  • Provide notice of important changes to the website, including any updates or amendments to this Policy; 
  • Provide and deliver the Solutions, and send related information, including communications and invoices;
  • Communicate about the Solutions, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by Aydi and/or others, and provide any news or information;
  • Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; 
  • Comply with Our contractual and/or legal obligations, resolve the disputes with Aydi’s users, and enforce Our agreements; and
  • Use it in any relevant legal proceedings (if any).

D) Data Retention 

We acknowledge that any data or information is important to Aydi’s values and principles, thus, we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to Us, both during transmission and once we receive it. 

We will retain the previously mentioned information or data as long as it is necessary for the previously-mentioned purposes set out in this Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain your personal data in order to comply with the applicable law and/or regulations), or to resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information and the purpose(s) for which it was collected. After the retention period ends, We will delete the personal information. 

E) Cookies and Web Beacons

We may use cookies (a small text file placed on your computer to identify your computer and browser). We may also use Web beacons (a file placed on a website that monitors usage). We use cookies and web beacons to improve the experience of the website and Solutions, such as pre-populating your username for easier login. We do not use cookies or web beacons to collect PII. Most web browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. At this time, Aydi does not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking, including "do-not-track" signals. However, certain features of the website or Solutions may not work if you delete or disable cookies. Some of Our service providers may use their own cookies and web beacons in connection with the services they perform on Our behalf.

1. The Disclosure of Data or Information 
  1. Disclosure to Third Parties 

The Company resources to third-party services in Our relationship with You, such as including payment gateway links. Your PII is thus disclosed to these third parties whenever necessary. In that regard, the usage, storing, disclosing, processing or retaining of your data shall be subject to the privacy policies of the relevant third-parties. Payments processed via Our website by third-parties payment processors are not accessible nor controlled by the Company and shall not be held liable for any failure of any third-party’s service providing or data privacy regulation. 

Our Solutions or website may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's website. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

If Our Company or Substantially all of Our assets are acquired, or in the event of a merger or bankruptcy, information about you and/ or information you provide to Aydi may be among the transferred assets.

We may share non-personal identifiable Information with Our affiliates who may act for Us for any of the purposes set out in this Policy, including Our current and future parents, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership with Aydi.

Aydi may from time to time disclose non-personal identifiable Information or other collected information to service providers, solely for providing functions related to Our operation of the website and/or the Solutions and for no other purpose. For example:

  • Aydi uses service providers to process credit card payments on Our Site. Information such as name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information will be submitted to service providers for verification and to manage any recurring payments.
  • Aydi uses software hosted by a service provider to provide Us with information regarding Our Visitors’ activities on Our website. When individuals visit Our website, that service provider may set cookies on Our behalf and may receive information about such individuals’ browsing activity on Our Site.

Our website is not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of (16). We do not knowingly collect or use any personal information from users of Our Site who are under the age of (16). If We learn that We have collected information from someone who is under (16), We will take steps to delete the personal information as soon as possible. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

You hereby agree to try and settle any disputes, differences and/or claims arising out of the terms of this Privacy Policy informally and amicably with Us.

In the event where We fail to reach an amicable settlement within a minimum period of thirty (30) days, all disputes, differences and /or claims arising out of the terms of this Privacy Policy shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (“CRCICA”). The place of arbitration shall be in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The language of arbitration shall be English and the arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator.

This Agreement and any other agreements you may have with Aydi shall be subject to English Law.
