Aydi conducts Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) in accordance with Article 35 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) whenever a processing activity is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, the deployment of innovative technologies such as our Agri Agronomist AI, large-scale profiling, or processing of sensitive personal data.

Our Agri Agronomist AI may generate recommendations, insights, or predictive outputs to support your decision-making. However, these are provided solely for informational and advisory purposes, and Aydi does not take automated actions that directly impact your legal rights or obligations.
